Booking a service with Spot On Cleaning, Signifies that you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our terms and conditions. Please review them before proceeding.
Bookings and Cancellations

When you book a cleaning service, you confirm your spot, whether for a one-time clean or a recurring service. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking for first-time services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible in the event of a change. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that your booking is not confirmed without the deposit.

It is your responsibility to ensure that Spot On Cleaning can access the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to gain access after 15 minutes of waiting, a $15 fee will be added to your invoice. Our cleaning appointments are scheduled and priced based on precise timing, which is why it’s crucial for our team to have timely access to your property
Cleaning Services

Only the services outlined in your booking confirmation will be performed. Any additional tasks requested will incur extra charges.

If at any point our team feels that the work environment is unsafe, the service will be immediately terminated for the safety of our staff.

All cleaning products and equipment are provided with our service, Each product and tool has been carefully selected to suit each surface and cleaning need to provide the best results.

As part of our social media presence, our team may take photos or videos of their work. Rest assured, no personal information or confidential documents will be shared. If you prefer not to have your home featured on our social media, please notify us in advance.

For safety and efficiency, our team will not move heavy furniture. If you require an area to be cleaned that is obstructed by furniture, it is your responsibility to move it before and after the service.

At Spot On Cleaning, we take great pride in our work and customer relations. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. While refunds are not provided, we will address any urgent concerns and work to resolve the issue.

We love pets at Spot On Cleaning, but to ensure the safety and quality of our work, we ask that pets are secured and kept out of the team’s working area.

The client must notify Spot On Cleaning within 12 hours of the completion of service regarding any breakages, damage, or theft. It is the client’s responsibility to secure or remove any fragile items prior to the service.
Payment Terms:

The client agrees to make payment upon completion of the service. Failure to make timely payment will result in the termination of future cleaning appointments.

First time cleans are priced at a higher rate due to the additional time and effort required.

If two consecutive regular bookings are missed, a $50 fee will be added to the cost of the next scheduled clean.
